The page reports what the platform API reports at
/health. When the API is reachable
the page is up to date; when it is unreachable the page renders a
red "unreachable" state and a reminder to check the upstream.

GET /health call. Deeper
subsystem checks (resolver, control plane, storage) live in the
dashboard's status tile for authenticated operators.
